This video described the axe effect, which is the subject of this commercial film. This film started with a great number of women. These women were chasing the man, especially at the end of this commercial film. Using this perfume, the Axe effect, would be the main reason why these women struggled to meet the man in this film. Certainly, this video seemed to say the Axe effect would play roles in attracting a lot of women. As the end of this commercial film showed, large numbers of women had been chasing him due to the Axe, the perfume. Sometimes, only the Axe seemed to be appropriate to lead women into temptation. If the man in this film does not use the Axe, women would not chase him. Do not worry about that. Other than the Axe, there are a wide range of perfumes, like Bulgari, Channel, and so on.

I think that the commercial saying that if you use this product, then you will be sought after by many beautiful women is a very strong statement. It is an effective advertisement in the fact that it sticks in the consumers head, but not very realistic.
ReplyDeleteagreed with beth, axe is the product, the ad is suggesting that it is the only scent that attracts women. this is a good summary though.
ReplyDeleteI agree with both of you. The commercial is saying that if you use AXE, women will want you. They will find you so irresistable that they will flock to you. The best part about it is that they are all beautiful women too! Like Beth said, it is an effective commercial, but it is extremely unrealistic.
ReplyDeleteI believe that this was a very effective commercial, regardless of whether or not you agree with the advertising technique because it sticks to your mind like flies on fly paper. It is a very memorable advertisement and interesting as well. I agree that if this man did not have Axe on, these women would not be chasing after him because he is a seemingly ordinary men with no distinct features (other then the Axe he is bathing himself in).
ReplyDeleteI think it is common sense that of course millions of women won't run to you just because you are wearing Axe. However, I also think this is an effective commercial. It is definitely targeting men. When watching the short commercial you don't think "well that is unrealistic", you would think, "wow getting Axe will make women love me".
