This racy picture was taken in New York where it is a billboard. The picture is of a girl and a guy with not many clothes on but one thing that it does emphasize is Calvin Klein Jeans. This ad is trying to say that if you buy these jeans, you will have girls that will be all over you and they will not be able to get enough of you. Calvin Klein is known for their provocative ads and they try to convince people that if they buy their products, the opposite sex will be interested in you. We all know that this is not true. The type of pants you are wearing does not help you get a girl.
The Reebok commercial only shows girls' butts throughout the entire commercial and all of the girls are skinny and toned. The makers of Reebok are trying to persuade people into buying these shoes so they can get toned and attract the attention of other people mainly guys. The commercial is also trying to give the impression that these shoes will make you feel better with the song that is playing in the background. But you have to wonder, will shoes really make you feel better. I know girls buy shoes to put themselves in a better mood but do they really make you feel better over the long run or do they just cheer you up a little. But if you look behind all of the girls in this commercial, you notice that it is trying to say something else besides just getting a nice butt. It shows a girl working, a girl taking care of a baby, a girl walking a dog, and a girl watering a plant probably at her job. This is trying to say that buying these shoes will help get you in better shape so you can do things that women do all the time more easily. These shoes might help tone your body and convince you to work out a little more, but are you really gonna get the results shown in the commercial?
The message that this Calvin Klein advertisment is trying to potray appears in many other advertisments today. This objective being, as Courtney stated, that if you own these jeans the opposite sex will be interested in you. We all know that jeans, in no possible way, help you to get a girl. Yet, consumers still feel good about themselves in these jeans because of what the commercial potrays which leads to sales of this brand.

Women will go above and beyond while buying a product that will tone there bodies without any excercise needed other then a nice walk to work. Therefore, women are buying this product in hope for the skinny, shaped butts that appear in the commercial.
